How do I make my order?

  1. Review the products and click on the product of your choice.
  2. Select the weight using the drop down list.
  3. Click on “Add to Cart”.
  4. View your “Cart” once you are satisfied with your order.
  5. Review and confirm your order then click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  6. Input and review your billing details then proceed to “Place Order”.
  7. After placing your order, check your email for confirmation.
  8. Make your payment with Interact E-mail transfer.

How do I set up an account?

  1. Click on “Register”
  2. Fill out your personal information, email and create a password.

Can I order outside of Canada?

We currently only ship within Canada.

Is my order secured?

Your order will be packaged with care and sealed to ensure privacy and discretion. Our packaging will ensure your order will arrive in excellent standard.

PAYMENT

How do I send an Interact E-mail transfer?

  1. Set up online banking with your financial institution. You may want to contact them or visit a branch for information on how to set it up.
  2. Add our email and input the exact amount on your invoice.
  3. Confirm and submit the transfer.
  4. We will provide the security question and answer for your purchase.
  5. Feel free to contact us for more information.

How do I pay with Bitcoin?

1. During checkout, please select the Bitcoin Payment option.

2. Follow the instructions on the next screen. You have to send the exact amount (transaction fee not included) or else our system won’t match it with your order. We need the exact amount. Once the amount is sent, click the “Click here if you have already sent Bitcoins” button.

3. Verification can take between 30mins – 3 hours.
4. Once verification is complete, your order will be converted to processing and you will get an email.
5. Once its shipped, you will get another email with your tracking number.

What methods can I use to make payments?

We accept Interact E-mail transfer payments. Please call your financial institutions if you have any questions with regards to interact email transfers.

What happens after I complete my interact E-mail transfer?

Your order will be processed. Please keep in mind that your order won’t be completed until payments have been received.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Yes, all prices include taxes.

SHIPPING

Orders placed on Friday

Orders placed on Friday will be sent out on Monday morning first thing. We do this because if we drop it off Friday afternoon, its going to sit in the post office all weekend anyway and will not be shipped out until Monday.

Can I order from Nunavut, Yukon, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec or Newfoundland?

Yes you can. BUT please note that we cannot offer a delivery guarantee if you live in Nunavut, Yukon, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec or Newfoundland due to the high-risk of packages not arriving. The only thing we will provide you with is a tracking number. You will be ordering at your own risk and will not receive a replacement pack or refund if the package DOES NOT arrive. If you have any concerns, please contact us via live chat before ordering.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

We offer full insurance for your order, meaning if it gets lost, or stolen we will replace your package. This usually never happens however we like to give our clients full confidence when purchasing through Bulkweed Inbox. We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says delivered.
