You can smoke it, vape it, cook with it, or make topicals with it. As shake is usually so economical it especially makes sense for cooking or topicals, where you need a fair amount of plant material to get the job done, and flavor and aesthetics don’t really matter.
In a nutshell, shake is a great economic product, when you can find it, especially for cooking or topicals making. If I have a choice, I will almost always buy shake for cooking. Shake can be good for smoking or vaping as well, but be aware it tends to be slightly less potent than buds, and is usually drier. But the price saving usually more than makes up for these shortcomings.

Follow up from my previous review of budget shake:
After a whole LB. alcohol extraction the yield was generous, total quantity from the pound was 80 plus grams @ $150 a LB. $5 for 2 quarts of alcohol and a few coffee filters cost per gram approximately $2 .
Quality of potency and taste is amazing.
Way to go Bulk Weed in a Box .
Thanks

For the price with the deal it was good stuff. Good in a joint. Grassy smell but still worth it. Taste was descent and indica high was pretty good. 5 star for the price for sure. gonna try edibles and will definitely order again if they turn out good.

My One Lb. of budget shake arrived this afternoon, upon unpackaging the aromatics were incredibly promising as my intention is to make RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) I do small batch 1/4 LB. at a time the whole process only takes a few hours . The yield I got from
the first 1/4 LB. batch was
15 plus grams that great for less than $40 of this budget shake and $5 of 99.9% alcohol
and a few paper coffee filters potency is amazing. I couldn’t be happier.
Rick Simpson claims he was first to use alcohol extraction process in the early to mid 80’s I knew about alcohol extraction 10 years earlier from the early 70’s
Rumor has it that the weed gurus who taught me about this are those who went to Jamaica to teach the Rastafarians this extraction method. Go figure?

I just received my budget trim and shake order, the delivery was fast, unpackaging was exciting as once I broke the vacuum sealed bag the aroma was incredibly strong, Ive soaking a quarter LB in alcohol, once filtered and reduced I will do a follow up review as to the quality and the quantity. My process of choice for extraction is widely known as Rick Simpson Oil which he claims he alone developed in the early to mid 80’s Ive known of alcohol extraction since the early to mid 70’s , 10 years prior to Rick Simpson’s claims.
