I ground down and put into .175g gel caps, we ate only two capsules each the first time .35g and had a really good high that lasted 5 -6 hrs. Sat in hot tub and watched northern lights for hrs. Tons of visuals , and a smile from ear to ear. Great way to bring in the new year. These mushrooms are strong !
