Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. After trying 10 mg and 20 mg with no effect, at 30 mg, I felt at peace, and my mind was remarkably quiet. I used to be a heavy smoker in my teenage years, but these CBD gummies, without the anxiety and nausea of THC, are pretty cool. I'll probably buy again to try at a higher dose.
