Granny Candy is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through an unknown combination of super sweet hybrid strains. Although its exact parentage is unknown, Granny Candy is a favorite of breeders and patients alike for its amazing flavor and even more amazing potency level. Like its name implies, Granny Candy has a super sweet and fruity candy flavor, with hints of fresh cherries and sour apples galore. The aroma is just as tangy, with a sour citrus candy overtone accented by a bouquet of fresh fruits and granny smith apples. The Granny Candy high will hit you between the eyes almost as soon as you exhale, launching your mental state into one of calm and happiness. You’ll be unfocused and kicked back mentally, drifting in and out of reality. At the same time, a soothing body high will wash over you, relaxing your muscles and helping you stretch out before completely locking you to the couch. This combination will turn sedative, so be ready for a nap! Combined with its high 23% + average THC level, these effects make Granny Candy a great choice for treating insomnia, chronic pain, depression or mood swings and cramps or muscle spasms. This bud has small tight grape-shaped dark olive green nugs with dark purple undertones, thin red-orange hairs and frosty purple-tinted white crystal trichomes.
