It has an immediate head rush and wonderful muscle relaxation. Outside of providing consistently excellent product, I am compelled to mention how outstanding your service is! Any time I have had an issue, which I usually do not, it has been dealt with immediately and effectively with very clear communication! I do ask that you get some more MKU soon, because I'll have to re-fill!
